Advertise in efnMagazine

Terms: All copy must be paid prior to the copy date unless otherwise agreed. If required local authorities will be invoiced for immediate settlement.
A discount is available for for cash with copy. Please note that this only applies when a cheque is enclosed in the same envelope as hard copy or if electronic copy is paid by debit or credit card at the time of submission.

If electronic copy is submitted through our web site then a printable statement of the amount payable will be presented on-line. A service charge is payable if a separate invoice is requested. Any copy emailed direct will be invoiced and subject to the service charge. Invoices are charged at £1.50 if sent by post or £1 if sent by email in PDF format.

Copy that is not camera ready (eg because requires retyping will incur additional charges.

Cheques payable to: Essex Folk Association. All cheques must be drawn in sterling on a UK bank.

Late copy: Copy received after the press date will be held over to the following issue unless it relates to a dated event that will have already taken place.
