Press Releases and Items for Review
Press releases and publicity items should be sent to Andy except for items relating to Cajun music which should be sent to Peter.
Please send any associated advertising copy direct to Peter.
We are always happy to receive records and books relating to any area of the traditional arts for review but please note:
- We need to identify a suitable reviewer and the reviewer needs time to write the review.
Its no good sending us a record 2 days before we go to press and expecting a review in that issue.
- We cannot guarantee that a reviewer will provide copy in time for a particular issue
- Priority for magazine space is given to items of local or regional interest.
- If we think that your record or book is rubbish we will say so. (Even if you have paid for an advert)
- A potted biography of the author/performer is always appreciated by the reviewer
- If the record or book is being published privately please include price and ordering details, if you want to sell any that is.
